As CEO of Tai Talent Matters, she helps organizations align their HR strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring they navigate HR challenges effectively.

Cherry Toitoek is a dynamic Human Resources leader with over seven years of experience enhancing people strategy, organizational culture, and operational excellence across industries including hospitality, automotive, micro-finance, sanitation, and energy. Rooted in empathy and sustainable business practices, she brings strategic insight, integrity, and a high-impact leadership style that fosters resilient, high-performing teams where employees feel valued and supported.

Maryanne is an burgeoning recruiter with a strong customer service orientation, dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. She finds fulfillment in connecting the right talent to the right opportunities and seeing them thrive while contributing to sustainable impact within organizations. Maryanne supports our portfolio of recruitment clients across the East Africa region. She holds a background in Biotechnology from Kenyatta University.
